We live in a rural area and need either cable or satellite TV to get any programs. If you want cable TV in this area, Comcast is your only choice. We had Comcast Digital Cable for about 15 years before we got tired of it. Anytime it stormed within a 200-mile radius, we lost our signal and the rates were ever increasing. We decided to switch to DirecTV and we've been very happy with their service. We didn't even lose our TV signal during last year's hurricane (as long as we had power). Now, that's service!
