Luxury Bath just completed a complete bathroom remodel at our sons 1940's house in Columbus. We were very impressed with their work and the finished bathroom exceeded our expectations ! I chose them based on reviews I had read on their web site, and since we live 2 hours from Columbus we stayed in the area to check on the progress during construction. The new bathroom looks great ! more

Michelle, I would like you to know that I had a great experience working with you and your employees. Rob and Andy were as professional as can be. What a pleasant change to have workers arrive on time and with all of their tools/supplies for the day. On Monday, they told me my renovation would take 2 ½ days. That is exactly how long the project took to complete. They certainly knew what had to be done and worked well together. What a pleasure it was to work with Michelle and her staff in the remodeling of my bathroom. Michelle is so easy to work with, has a vast knowledge of her products, and is easily able to make recommendations for the customer to consider. We had our master bathroom remodeled after 29 years of living here. It was small in every way. With the help of Luxury Bath and without extending out of the original space, we made the bathroom seem almost twice as large. The room was gutted and transformed in about 4 days. A pocket door was installed. An awkward non-user friendly partial wall closet/cabinet was removed along with the soffett. A large Onyx wall and base shower with glass door/wall was installed along with rain shower and side hand held shower heads. We went with the taller vanity and matching medicine cabinet and valet cabinet for extra storage space. They installed new tile floor. Michelle was Very helpful in selecting wood, tile, onyx and sink colors and placement. She personally came to the house for the initial consult and measurements and idea sharing for transforming our space. The work was done very timely and courteously. The crew covered carpets and cleaned up daily. Luxury Bath was very good about coming back to rework some floor tile grouting and make adjustments to the door closure. The work and materials are of the Best Quality! I will use Luxury Bath again! more

We had our hall bath remodeled by Luxury Bath almost 2 YEARS AGO. Michelle and her team were great from start to finish. Recently, we noticed some discoloration in the hardware under the shower seat that was installed. We called Michelle right away and she made arrangements for a member of their team to come out and fix the problem. The gentleman arrived in a timely manner and the work was completed in just 20 minutes. There was no fee involved and the gentleman showed up at the correct time. After almost 2 years later...NO COMPANY DOES THAT!!! No muss, no fuss, NO KIDDING! GREAT COMPANY!! We would recommend them to anyone! more
