RUDE front desk staff 6/16/2010

The woman/women who is the receptionist at this office, is extremely rude. I recently called to schedule my yearly exam, and when I told her this, she said ""um I have no idea what you mean by yearly exam, you mean a physical?"" Anytime I have called, or gone into this office she is short and very rude. Doctors and NP's are ok. But I will change my PCP because the way I feel when I visit/call. so disappointing 10/28/2009

I wish I'd read these reviews before making an appointment! The doctor (or PA?) never introduced herself and went through the appointment very quickly. I asked her a couple of questions as she was on her way out and had the distinct feeling that I was holding her up, even though the things I was asking about were on the intake questionnaire and I had clearly noted them in my paperwork (one of them with an arrow and stars so they wouldn't miss it!) She knew her stuff and was very efficient, but the visit lacked any warmth or sense of caring. The front office is not friendly or helpful either. more

Horrible - Horrible - Horrible 6/10/2008

I really tried with this place. I have seen 3 people, Dr, PA and NP - it seems like they can't keep good people. I loved, loved, loved my 3rd practitioner (PA - ERIC) but he is gone now. It seems like normal people don't want to work here. The MA's are mean, the front office spacy. One Dr has this very scary little girl voice. Creepy. Pros: good location Cons: strange people more

Worst office, horrid customer service, and so unfriendly. General Practicioners for adults are hard to find but you are better off to keep looking rather than go there! more
