Avoid Columbia Medical Pharmacy!!! 7/7/2011

Do not use Columbia Medical Pharmacy! I chose them because they said they would ship me the medical supplies on which I depend. With 10 days left of my prescription, I called them for a refill. With five days left, I called for a status report and they assured me that the supplies were in the mail. With one day left, I called and was told "they did not have an envelope or box to ship them in." (The supplies come in a 8"x6"x4" box.) The pharmacist that I spoke to was horrible!! She refused to do anything to get me the life-saving medical supplies that she knew I needed, even though my insurance covered them. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she refused and referred me to the "office manager," who never called me back despite repeated messages. It is my opinion that, top to bottom, this pharmacy is poorly run and cannot be trusted with the most simple procedures. Avoid Columbia Medical Pharmacy!!! more

Bad experience, bad service 3/24/2006

I am in a mist of finding a better doctor around my area. This one I went to I needed to do a physical..first I had to wait in the waiting room for a half an hour and then another 30 mins. in the examination room. When Dr. Bensinger came in there was no apologizes and she seem to be in a rush. It was a good thing I had brought a good book. After a couple of weeks, I ended up with a terrible ear infection and I called the doctor's office wanting to talk to Dr. Bensinger for advice. The receptionist told me to call back tomorrow since she'll be in. Then I called back because the pain was too painful and she yelled at me and said that you expect to get an appointment, we close in two hours so go to the emergency room!!! Ridicous! I'm taking my business somewhere else! more
