Colosimo's has been around for a long time. They make great Italian sausages, bratwurst, and chorizo locally using their own recipes. Stop by their booth at the downtown Farmer's Market and get a bratwurst. Mighty fine.
They have a menu that includes some pasta dishes, calzone, and sandwiches. Everything I've had has been great.
This is one of those places that reminds you how good food can be when it is produced locally. Nothing you buy at a major grocer can touch the quality. It is worth the special trip.
