The furnace that COBPH installed suffered a malfunction. I thought that since COBPH installed the furnace they would be able to repair it. I was WRONG. Due to their incompetence not only did they diagnose it incorrectly I had to pay $400 for a part that did NOT need replacing. These people are incapable of repairing the products that they sell. After misdiagnosing the issue they simply ingored any follow up and have refused to return any messages. Additionally, they cancelled two service calls 5 MINUTES prior to their scheduled arrival time. I would consider this a poorly run, unknowledgable, unreliable business at best. After a month of an inoperational furnace I finally had to call another contractor to repair what COBPH was unable, unwilling to fix. If you expect nothing from this company you will still be very dissapointed. I would recommend to anyone that would listen to not to patronize these clowns.
