Bob was courteous, respectful and very understanding during the car buying experience. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to get me to do something that I did not want to do. He was very respectful and courteous to my wife and small child as well. This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. He explained everything in detail and was very straight forward with me. I will be recommending him to my friends. more

I went to Colorado Springs Dodge not knowing what car to buy. I had been to serval dearlerships including Perkins Dodge but one person stood out. His name was Scott Brunelle.He took the time to sit me down and go over all my wants and needs and explained why I should buy a car from Colorado Springs Dodge and from him. He was by far the most knowledgeable sales person that I came across in my 2 in a half month 9 dealership search.He found the perfect car for me and made the buying experance easy. I got everything I was looking for at a great price. I have referred him to a friend, she bought also. My experience at Colorado Springs Dodge was the best i have ever experienced. This was the first time of buying a brand new vehicle & words can not express the experience I had. All the staff were extremely nice & courteous. The salesman,Simon Allen was absolutely outstanding. He was kind, nice, did not push or insist on anything. He did a wonderful job of getting a good deal for me. I would recommend Colorado Springs Dodge to anyone & highly, highly recommend Simon Allen as well for a sales person. I drove all the way down from Pueblo with a Capital One offer for a loan to buy a car, when I arrived Ben greated me as we pulled in i stated to him that my father was handicap and that i was going to drive around the lot first so my dad could look at some choices and that I would be back around to the front when i we were finished. Ben was kind enough to wait for us to pull up front. I was impressed that Ben took the time to walk with me and answer questions I had, as I told him my credit wasnt the greatest and proably pretty bad he offered to sit down anyway and run some numbers and find me a Price bracket that i could look for a car in. We tried 2 cars that with my bad credit he couldnt get me into then he found a Pontiac G6 that worked for the bank and for my famlily this took a very long time due to the issue I had with my credit and the whole time Ben helped my care for my handicap father and my mother that we were with me. I am proud to say I am a owner of the Pontiac G6 and I love the car as does my family. I will shop Colorado Springs Dodge for my next car and will recommend to all my friends to buy there also and to ask for Ben =he is a great car Salesman. more

We have been dealing with Colorado Springs Dodge for the past 3 years, and they have always bent over backwards to make us happy with our purchases. Service, great... When we purchased our 2008 Charger, after a few weeks we noticed a scratch on one of the magnesium wheels. Took it to service, no questions asked, got a new rim in a few days. Had trouble with the CD player skipping only at high altitudes, no problem, new radio in a few days. Our recent purchase is a 2009 Journey, the sales person was Jason Martin, couldn't be friendlier or more polite, helpful and really tried to get us more than $10.00 in our gas tank, because I argued the PT that I traded in had a 3/4 tank of gas....couldn't get it though, darn. We think we negotiated a fair price for the car, we both liked it and the leg room and V6 were important, and although the Journey has some poor ratings, we feel confident that this dealer will make it right for us. more

Ken was extemely knowledgeable about the product. He spent approximately 2 hrs talking about the diesel truck we were looking at and then driving several of them to show us the various features. Ken is a very good intertainer and very personnable. It is very easy to forget what you came to the dealership for. He made you feel comfortable and almost as if you were a long term friend. At no time was there any pressure or pitch to make us feel like we had to purchase anything. He simply made us informed consumers.
