My wife & I took my Ford Ranger into your service dept. for some periodic maintenance work on Saturday. From start to finish, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jim (service advisor) who took care of our needs and answered all our questions in a very professional manner. What a wonderful experience to find a gem like him at an auto dealership! We will definitely refer our family and friends to Colley Ford from now on. I never liked going to car dealerships for service but Jim has changed my mind. Bravo! more

Fastest car buying experence 8/4/2011

we injoyed doing business with Colley Ford. The salesman, Assistant Sales Manger and Finance maneger wher curtious funny and very quick in getting through the proscess and getting us on our way, also Linda in the service department was quick in getting the car in for the lojac install. This was one of the best and fastest car buying experences we have had. We will tell are friends and family about Colley and probably buy theare again. more

Excellent 7/27/2011

The Dealership was excellent. The Fiesta was purchase for my Mom. We had a problem with the lift gate being too high for my Mom to reach it to close it. Now Colley Ford was able to solve the problem with a shorter shock for the rear hatchback where as Ford Motor Company would not reinburse Colley Ford? That is too bad. Here is a Dealer trying to please their customers & Ford is not supporting them? The reason I mention this is because my Mom originally call FMC & they had no solution or answer to solve this problem. Also the Fiesta gas mileage is way below what the claim is. Highway on sticker is 38, Actualy was 30 and mom is not a Hot Rodder. Maybe mileage will increase as vehicle matures. The rest of vehicle is excellent. more
