This facility is outdated and old. Maintenance is NOT a priority around here. The office looks disheveled. The windows were filthy. Now I understand why the price was what it was....

Old, run down 10/30/2011

This facility is outdated and old. Maintenance is NOT a priority around here. The office looks disheveled. The windows were filthy. Now I understand why the price was what it was. I guess it's good if you don't really value the stuff you put into it or don't need it for too long. The place was covered in mold and weeds. The gate was all busted up and I can see the sky through the ceiling on the second floor and there are places where it looks like a flood came through. Like they say, you get what you pay for! more

gave my unit to someone while i was still paying 10/4/2011

I have been storing with the space for 7 months and I have liked it. It is very close and clean, but i recently had a horrible experience. I have been moving my stuff out slowly and i did not have consecutive days off to move. I went back not even a day later and found that they rented my unit to another person. I still have 15 days on my contract and they refused to refund me and made me sign a new contract for a space I never gave up. They never contacted me regarding leaving my unit without a lock OR called to see if I was done. They just automatically closed my account and then were very uncopperative when they realized they screwed up. They never ONCE appoligized or even seemed remorseful. Its amazing for he extra 100 dollars they will leave a client bitter and repeatedly tell me Im wrong for making sure they knew I still wanted to store with them. Very unprofessional and apparently here the customer is NEVER right more

Very Helpful 9/23/2010

We needed a place to put our Mother's belongings when she moved into assisted living. The staff here helped us find a mover, and took care of all the arrangements. We thank them for their help, the place is clean and even has clean restrooms. Pat, the manager helped us a lot. I highly recommend this business. more
