I HAVE BEEN CALLING THIS PLACE FOR A WHILE NOW. THE NUMBER (407)843-0020 IS DISCONNECTED. I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT OFF"ALLEDGE ACCOUNT" BUT CANT GET A LETTER TO VERIFY PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.. BE AWARE OF THE FALSE CREDIT REPORTINGS.....THEY DONT QUIT. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I called the number and they had transfered me to this one lady which then I gave her my info. I simplu said that I needed to have a hard copy of the information that she was telling me so that I can have record of it. Then she goes well we sent you the info 3 years ago and there was no response. I told her that all I need was a copy of what she was telling me so that I can get it taken care of. She then asked when can you get it taken care of I told her once I got the hard copy of the information then I will call back and tell her when I can give her that info. She yelled at me saying FINE i will send you the itemized info telling even though you got it 3 years ago I told her... That I wouldn't be calling if I did get the info I am asking for. Completely RUDE and might I say the biggest B word ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: none Cons: everything RUDE all the way around more

While attempting to completeply payoff the balance that CBO claims on my credit report I simply asked if the company provides letters of deletion (which you then forward to all 3 credit agencies in order to clear your credit report). I was then passed to Ms. Snow the supervisor who began to raise her voice demanding I provide my current address. My current address is irrelevant if Im prepared to make the payment by phone, they simply want to harrass me by mail. I calmly explained this to her and she became rude and beligerant eventually hanging up the phone on me. Be prepared for similar treatment since this seems to be redundant with most reviews of this company. Pros: They answer the phone, yay! I needed this company to clear a report that was showing up on my credit. They said they have sent the report to credit bureau 2 years ago. I asked if they could give me a letter stating that it was clear. They refussed and hung up the phone on me while I was talking. I called back to speek to a supervisor and they wouldn't let me. They know to huress people when they want to but when they need to make it right they could care less. I know they make money by huressing people, how do they sleep at night?
