took my van back due to major oil leak..it was covered under their warranty, however they managed to find another problem that cost me additional 184..after having the vehicle for 3 days, drive vehicle home with oil light flashing.. so i take it back and now they want to charge me another 60 for diagnostics .. i was really hoping i found a honest mechanic that stood behind their work, guess i need to keep looking. they want to nickel and dime me due to the cost they had to eat for the warranty work.. I recently had to take my car in for a major problem (gear box), and I must say that Howard is an angel that's here on earth. Sara Cole and he are wonderful. He found the problem and gave me a price for approval before he started the repair and Sarah (works in office) kept me apprised of the repairs the whole way. I wish more businesses were as knowledgeable and considerate of their customers as them. If you have any concerns, please give them a chance to help you. Howard and Sara Cole are two special people. They really care about their customers. Howard always takes the time to explain exactly what your problem is, and the best way to repair it. Sara is always there every step of the way to answer questions about estimates, they really make a great team. I've had all our cars repaired there Nissan Murano,Ford Mustang and my personal baby 68 chevy truck. Howard completly rebuilt the engine in this 68. I'ts amazing! We recently relocated to the Dallas, TX area (Arlington) and both my wife and I drive Hondas both with over 100,000 miles. We?ve had a few issues with the vehicles that we can certainly contribute to age. We've been taking our cars to Cole?s and they are great at keeping older vehicles running well. In addition, they don?t push extra services on us that won't help extend vehicle life. They do just as good of a job as the dealer and cost a heck of a lot less. Have referred many co-workers, friends and family members to Cole?s and everyone gets the same amazing service and treatment. I need to trust my mechanic considering I travel on average about 80 miles a day back and forward to work and I do. They are honest, will never do work that is unnecessary and will give you an honest assessment of the state of your car and when repairs and maintenance items MUST be done. Cole's Auto Repair is amazing! Howard and Sara are a wonderful team that get your repairs done quickly, affordable and most importantly the repair is done right.
