We were a long time loyal customer. We took a truck to Coleman for heater blowing cold air. Paid a diagnostic fee, he repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. Paid another diagnostic fee, he repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. Refused to pay another diagnostic fee. He repaired. Picked it up and returned it same day...not repaired. He wanted to charge again almost $300 to flush the system, for which another shop charges less than $90. Took it to the other shop for the flush. Coleman promised that he would get the heater repaired with no further charges. He refused to repair it, stating that taking it to the other shop voided his warranty. He insisted that it was fixed before it left his shop. He blamed problems on vandalism at shop. Bottom line...he charged us over $1500 to fix the heater, which he did not fix. He is a hot head and overcharges. He claims things are wrong that aren't wrong. more

Power Steering leak and flush, new pressure hoses. 2/15/2014

You guys did great. Works fine, lasts a long time and doesn't leak now. By the way, I got the steering stab and put it on here at home so that is also fixed........ more

Great Service 11/2/2013

All sthe staff that I dealt with when bringing my Honda in for service as well as when picking it up were attentive, caring and answered any questions that I had regarding the repair of my vehicle. The repairs were done in a timely manner and Troy called with an estimate before any work was done. This is the second time I have had work done on my Honda and I wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. The customer service area was very clean as well as the restrooms. I highly recommend Coleman's for any work that needs to be done. more

i had emergency surgery in april, and my '87 grand wagoneer went down the same time i did. after making a bad decision to try another auto shop, which did a horrible job, and didn't fix the problem, coleman's auto got it running better than it has in a very long time. i'm so excited to have my car back! thank you! more

Brakes smoking 9/13/2013

We had smoking brakes coming down to Ouray last week. Checked for Montrose facility and read good reviews on Colemans. We made an appointment for the following Monday and were taken in immediately ontime. They inspected all brakes and found them safe, as expected. I appreciate their honesty and rapid service so we could be on our way. It also didn't hurt that we received a 10% AAA discount! more

I had lost 2 gears in the transmission of a 2005 Dodge 3500 work truck and was expecting to need it rebuilt, but was in and out in a couple of hours with only a bill for diagnostics and a transmission service for less then $300 more

hospital 6/4/2013

i recently had major surgery and had to get my car repaired. troy and staff got me in though they were very busy, without much notice. i really needed my car to drive 70 miles to get home. they took care of me at a very fair price, and got me on my way. thank you so much! more
