This review is for the Location in Atlantic Station, being that this is the only actual time I have tasted it even though there are many locations. First time I had It I was hook. Cold Stone is good enough to justify anyone going off their diet! Their cheesecake with snickers, chocolate and pecans is THE BEST!! Every flavor I have tried has been better than any homemade I have ever tasted! more

I visted a coldstone expecting a great tating product. I was nicely greeted and treated to a show of my ice cream being smooshed with stale toppings. How wonderful. They then flipped this mass into a cup. It was supposed to be coconut cream pie. I was very dissappointed. My guess is that they do not ever eat what they "create". My family and I love Cold Stone for many reasons. It's a fun atmostphere and we are able to see many people we know while we are there because it's so popular. The ice cream is completely original, and by far the best tasting i have ever had. I have tasted many types of ice cream and this is the best, you know that it is fresh because it is made daily, and you can watch them mix in aditional flavorings and such to it. the songs the sing make it a more fun enviroment. My parents who are in there late 40's and 50's both love it too. It's not just a place for teens. Whenever we go in there, we see people of all ages and everyone I know agrees, its the best ice cream! Pros: GREAT FLAVOR!, fun enviroment Cons: nothing bad here! more

My family tried the Dougasville location after we received a coupon. I had never heard of Cold Stone Creamery before this. My family gave this establishment a big thumbs down -- even my kids (age 10 and 14) were not impressed. The restaurant was noisy and confusing; I never *did* get exactly what I ordered (gave up after several tries). We felt embarrassed for the humiliated teens working there who had to sing the silly corporate songs. The ice cream had a soggy, melted consistency that was not what I expected or enjoyed. My kids didnt even finish theirs. To the stores credit, they give you a larger serving than the size of their bowls would suggest. Nevertheless, we were not entertained by watching teens roll ice cream into balls and crush other ingredients into the mixture. Shtick does not guarantee flavor.
