Serviceman was courtious and very efficent. He called in advance and was here on schedule. I would rcommend but would tell my friend that the advertised price did not include the service call fee. more

I was told that spots in the carpet would be pre-treated and I question that they actually were treated. Reason I am questioning that is because there were several spots that did not come out, and yes I was told that some spots may not come out. However, after several days, I applied my own oxy-clean spray and the spots came out. There was also one area in the master bedroon that did not look any better than before and that also was decreased after my own effort. Therefore, I am very unhappy with the results of the cleaning and would not recommend your service to anyone. more

I just got divorced and my x-husband's had allowed his dogs to distroy my carpets. I could not afford to replace them so I had no choice but to call Coit. I called Coit because I had heard of their excellent reputation. I expected my carpets to look better when they left. What I got was AMAZING!!!!! I kid you NOT. My carpets looked BRAND NEW! We are talking beige carpeting too where EVERYTHING shows. There wasnt a stain or mark left on my carpeting. I could NOT believe it. I have used other so called professionals in the past 20 years but NEVER got the quality cleaning I got from Coit. I am a Coit customer for life now. more

Brown spots appeared on carpet which never experienced before. Were treated by another Coit tech, Still have slight brown stains. Tech explained all possible causes. Also was not advised in advance of a $25 service charge till after had paid bill. more

I had my air ducts cleaned as well as my tile and grout. I felt like my tile wasn't where I would like it to be, so I asked them to come out again. They were happy to do it and it was worth while. When they completed the job I was very pleased. They were always professional and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future. more

I spoke with Customer Service 3 days ago and told them the following account. I was forwarded to the voicemail of an Operations Manager and have yet to receive a reply. I hired Coit to clean my floor tile and grout and to also seal the grout. They also agreed to fill-in the grout in one small area (about an inch) where the grout was missing. When the technician was done, he told me there were a couple areas of the floor that were "discolored". He said he went over those two particular areas several time but couldn't get them clean. I was really upset...I figured that if THEY couldn't clean it with their professional equipment, cleaners, and expertise, there was nothing to be done and I'd just have to live with dirty tile in those areas. Out of curiousity, I went and grabbed some Barkeeper's Friend from under my sink, sprinkled some on the floor, and scrubbed the area for about 30 seconds, and guess what? The dirt came right up in BOTH areas. How could I have done in 30 seconds what a professional failed to do? As for sealing the grout, my understanding is that when grout has been properly sealed, nothing should be able to seep into it. A good test is simply to take some water, put a few drops on the grout and observe. If the grout has been sealed correctly, the water should just bead up. And what happened when I did tried this test? The water seeped right in. How is that sealed? How is that protecting the grout? Lastly, the technician ended up patching/refilling the grout in three areas. And the color grout he used? Not even close to the original grout color. My grout is gray...and now I have three small areas (between 3 inches and 1 foot) with bright white grout. So, I don't think they cleaned the tile or grout. I don't think they sealed the grout. AND I'm going to have to pay to have someone come a try and replace the bright white grout they used to refill missing areas. Awful. more

The representative who came to my house showed up on time, and did an excellent job. The only bad thing that happened, and he didn't know, was the hose that was placed across our lawn left a burn mark in our grass. We have really green grass and it is a tiff lawn. The rep did not know that it would leave a burn mark in our grass, but of course obviously the next time you come to clean our carpets, he will be told not to lay the hose across our lawn. The grout did not come out as clean as I expected. There were some "dull" spots on the tile. Work on the carpet was great. Scheduling and organizing was terrible. 2 different guys came out. Both were nice though. I don't like the way I was asked to write a review. I'm busy, do your own homework or give me a reason to want to help you. Stop bugging me. more
