Horrible. Furnace broke on a cold night so I called the number on my warranty info. These guys took over the company and answered the service phone number. They came out to fix my furnace, were stumped and couldn't fix it, and told me AFTER THE FACT that they aren't going to honor my warranty and I owe them for showing up, even though they couldn't fix it. I told them if they took over a company they should honor the warranties (liabilities of the business they purchased). They didn't care and said if I don't pay they'll send me to collections, even though my warranty contract still had 5 years left on it.
Cons: Inept techs, don't honor warranties
