Darrin Volk is a very likeable liar. A very handsome, sweet, greedy guy. Not an all together bad guy, BUT, definitely not a guy to entrust with any asset. Should you decide he's cute and the risk is worth it, have a level headed attorney with you if you meet with him. He will even offer to come to YOUR home, and bring HIS in-house notary (George Weaver) to help you sign a document he plans to use against you. Before he even meets you, he owns your home.
