Cobbler Square is not a place you'd want to call home for any amount of time.
And don't misunderstand the 'noise' comment in the title; in most cases, tenants are just using thier apartments in a reasonable manner. It is the extremely poor insulation between units that is the issue. When you can hear someone talking on the phone in another unit and can even hear someone taking a piss in another unit, you know there is very poor insulation between units.
At the entrance of the complex is a plaque that says "Luxury Lofts" which is a complete joke. There is nothing "luxury" about having to hear your neighbors urinating. The leasing agents, if asked about the noise will reference 'db-gaurd' that is being added to the units; know that the improvement from this is marginal at best.
So, as other reviews on this website indicated, while the management has made a decent attempt at improving the overall apperance of the complex and each unit, ultimately it seems that only 'on-the-surface' improvements have been invested in that would increase the first-impression that a prospective tennant has, and nothing of any substance that really counts, so it's only after you move in that you start to realize how bad it is.
I really wish I had checked the reviews on this website before taking on a lease at Cobbler Square; if I had I never would have lived there!
