Costal Postal is a great place to ship and mail, plus there's always a Notary there, which is so convenient for my biz. They are always professional but it's still good ole SC! I love that it's close to stores, food and fwy too. more

Horrible staff, super rude, would rather you wait till a commercial comes on while they watch their TV show, have waited in lobby for five minutes before someone came up from the back, lost packages, RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and also a messy store. I don't even know how this place can be in business - the woman who owns it does act like she is doing you a favor like a previous review said and the younger man who works there is aggressive, has a foul mouth and would just rather nobody came in which is what we will be doing from now on. Such a shame. more

They are GREAT! 11/3/2011

The new owners are awesome, they do the best they can to get to you quick. I would rather go there than the post office were you have to grab a number and wait in a LONG line. Love the convenience they provide for the community. They are kind and courteous. I have NEVER met a rude person there. For the convenience you have to pay a little extra but that's because they do all the leg work for you so you don't have to go to the post office and wait in those long lines. MIS CHARGED AND RUDE SERVICE! 3/15/2011

I went here for the first time thinking it'd be fast and efficient since it's right now the street from my apartment. I had already packaged and wrote addresses on ALL of my items to be shipped so it should have only been a few minutes and I was out (considering no one was in there but me.) The owner was EXTREMELY RUDE, and her employee was new so she had no idea what she was doing, making me spend 40 minutes in there! Not only that, they charged for $5.00 for an item that had prepaid shipping!!! An item that should of cost NOTHING they charged me for, AND they charged me $3.40 twice for ONE item, AND charged me twice for packaging. Did I mention a tiny tiny tiny box was $3.00? Don't go here, go to the regular post office the next exit down. more

HORRIBLE STAFF AND BUSINESS 9/30/2008

This place is HORRIBLE. The lady that usuaully works there-the OWNER is so unfriendly and rude she acts like she is doing you a favor. Stop going there and lets close her down due to lack of business. She should be sitting in a rockin chair knitting a blanket instead of working there abusing people. Cons: see notes more

There's nothing wrong with this store, really. It ships your stuff, like it's supposed to. I have never had a package mishandled or anything, but the people who work there are so austere and unfriendly. They are total sticklers, too, which I suppose is the right way to be, but they aren't nice about it. Overall, they don't seem to care whether or not they are personable to their customers and sometimes, are down right snotty. Pros: they get the job done Cons: rude and dishonest. not there for the customer. treat you like you are bothering them more
