We will not use Coastal Pet Resort in Foley, Alabama again. The women we met there when we dropped our dog off for a 5-night reservation were all very nice. The man we encountered, however, when we came in to pick up our dog was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and cursed loudly at us within seconds of us walking in the lobby. This man was either the owner or a manager. We came in early on a Monday morning, excited to pick up our dog, and when we and a staff person asked him if there was anything we needed to know, he threw his hands in the air and began shouting profanity for no apparent reason. I'm unaware of any reason to shout the ""F"" word at any time especially to me, a customer whom he has never met. After I stood staring at him in disbelief for a moment, I informed him politely, that I didn’t enjoy his disrespect, and to please let me pay and I would leave with my dog. As I left I informed him we would not be using their services in the future. That was our first and last visit. All things considered, I seriously question the quality of their entire business.
