charged for a diagnostic nasal endoscopy 3 of 3 visits,..only had 1 performed. Was treated rudely & staff was very arguementative when getting bill corrected. Acted as if they were doing me a favor 4 not billing me for procedures not performed...then they tried to keep the ins. co. part of the billed, unperformed procedures. absolutely horrible experience.. companies like this are the reason health ins. is becoming unaffordable. more
