Coast To Coast Imports

I bought a vehicle from this dealer a month ago. After 2 weeks of having it it started squeaking over dips in road and when braking. This was after contacting them the first time when vehicle was shaking one day which went away. After more than one call, numerous emails, more than a few online chats telling them the problem with no response i finally told them i would just write online reviews. Finally i got a response that said i could bring it to let them take a look at it. I'm not driving an hour and a half there for them to look at it when i don't trust their service to begin with. In one month i have had the shaking, the squeaking, the side mirrors don't work. I took it to the chrysler dealer On march 26. They recommended new swaybar bushings for squeaking, shocks front and back because of creaking over dips, wheel alignment, to the tune of 800 dollars. I even emailed them the videos of the issues and noises and estimate of repairs. I even offered to pay half of repair and have emails to prove it. No response of course. My check engine light came on also and had to replace gascap which wasn't a huge deal. If you are looking for a car here please STAY AWAY! I contacted them thru email a total of 8 times. I texted the guy that sold me car twice. I phoned and left messages at office 2 or 3 times and online chatted 2 or 3 times and only one email response only after i said i would write a review. Please do yourself a favor and find another dealer learn from my mistake. more

Jay is the BEST. We just bought our second Mercedes from him. I never knew a salesman to try so hard to please a customer! The first car was just as he said it was no problems. A great car. Second was was just updaing and if possible I think we like it better than the first. There is nothing but honesty. I would buy a car sight unseen from this man. He really makes you think though the process so you are not just "buying another car" but actually getting what you want.; All the guys we have met there are great and new friends! more

We were very specific about the car we wanted, after all if we were going to spend that much for a car it better be exactly what we wanted. In addition to great service, attention to detail and non negotiating neccessary (we purchased the car with 4 year warranty & about 7K cheaper than other dealerships).... Coast to Coast went out of their way by obtaining an additional key at wholesale cost, buffing the rims, alligning the tires, and putting in new brakes and caliper. Truly unheard of these days. more

I received a call personally from the owner to make sure that I was happy with my new baby. I can not believe that a busy man like that would call. more
