Best Italian Beef in the World! 12/29/2011

We have been going to Coach's Corner for 14 years. We love the Italian Beef ! It blows Portillos away. The cheese sticks are also a big hit with our family, but the pizzookie is heavenly. It's a chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream on top. It's enough for the whole family to share. It has just expanded and it didn't lose its charm. The food is homemade. Poor Service everytime 11/19/2011

We used to go at least once a week, but the service has continually gotten worse or the hostess/owner (older women that has seated us a number of times) has been more and more rude, so we are done with Coach's Corner. Sad because we do like the food and my five year old daughter loves the place, but why give your money to anyone that treats you like crap. We live close, but will not go back. Tonight's bad experience has just pushed it over the edge. more

Sad because we do like the food and my five year old daughter loves the place, but why give your money to anyone that treats you like crap. We live close, but will not go back. Coaches Corner is one of the best places I have been too. The food is 1st rate, TVs everywhere and they will put on any sporting event you are looking for and the service is by far the best around. Nobody compares First rate place and would recommend to everybody more

Fun and good food! 2/17/2008

Nice environment with affordable yummy food. The service was good and the meals were all great. I had a buffalo chicken salad which was excellent. They also have a Jimmy Buffett burger which I have had and it is very good and then you can say you've had a Cheeseburger "In Chicago"...not so much paradise but hey it works! more

  • Coach's Corner is a twelve year old family pizzeria and sports grill. It is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. It has a full menu and bar. The restaurant menu has something for everyone with discounts for Seniors and Children. Our patrons are of all ages.

    It's the atmosphere, by day it has a friendly neighborhood diner atmosphere and by night it feels just like Elk Grove's version of Cheers. Sports is the name of the game. NFL, NBA, NCAA, NHL, PGA, the Wolves Hockey, College Football, College Basketball, even college Hockey if it's on cable, Direct TV or regular TV, it's being watched at Coach's Corner. Coach's boasts 20 High definition LCD TVs and two High Definition Big Screen TVs.
