I love going to club tan!!! They have the best beds, the best people, the best hours!!! I am always welcomed with a huge smile and friendly faces!! The energy in the store is awesome!! All my friends and family now tan at club tan and i will never tan anywhere else!!! Pros: everything!!!! more

Out of all the Club Tan locations this is the only one that I enjoy going to. Liz Downie and Kelly are an amazing tanning team and I enjoy buying from them as they make my experience one that lasts. The Salon was spotless and the beds flawless. I got a great value for my money and would go back any day...unfortunately the owner does not know how to treat his employees and the manager left, and I took my money elsewhere! Out of all the Club Tan locations this is the only one that I enjoy going to. Liz Downie and Kelly are an amazing tanning team and I enjoy buying from them as they make my experience one that lasts. Being the novice tanner that I am, I picked up a bottle of self tanner spray at a grocery store. I'm sure you are already cringing imagining what I did. Yup, I sprayed it all over, and not only did I turn an amazing orange color, but I missed some major areas, leaving me with stripes and spots all over. I immediately called a friend who referred me to Club Tan. I called Club Tan and spoke with Shab, the regional manager. She immediately gave me step by step directions on what I needed to do in order to reduce the orange appearance and have my tan blend better. She was a lifesaver! Not only did she give me great advise (it totally worked) but she let me know that at-home spray tanning disasters happen all the time and that was what they were there for! You mean I'm not the only one to do this?! Later that afternoon, I went into the salon where I met with Shab. She put me in the perfect bed that totally blended what I had done. No more orange for me! I love the tan I have now and I will certainly return. Shab was an amazing help. She was friendly, sincere, and knowledgable. As a manager, Shab sets the standard high for offering amazing service. With leadership like that, I feel confident with the entire staff at Club Tan. Pros: knowledgable staff, great beds more

i joined club tan over 9 years ago since then i have seen only the newest and best tanning beds in the industry!!! the associates at club tan always treat me like i am the only one in their salon, they give me water and ask how my day is.club tan treats thier clients lkike family!!! this is my favorite stop after work because i know no matter how terrible my day at work was the young ladies that work at club tan will brighten up my day!!! Pros: the beds!!!!! more

Not knowing before hand the ins and outs of Tanning Salons and generally assuming they all do the same thing, I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service performed by the employees at Club Tan. I was impressed greatly with Shab, who warmly welcomed me into the salon and immediately put my nerves at ease by asking if there was anything that I needed. Her bright smile and energetic personality would make anyone going to a salon for the first time feel like they had been there a million times before. I was never rushed, my needs were taken care of promptly and professionally, and I will definately be a returning customer. Pros: Customer Service more

I moved to oregon a few months ago and the wheather had really put a damper on my moods lately. I started shopping around last week for tanning salons because some friends had told me tanning always makes them feel better, finally I found club tan. I entered the location with no tanning knowledge what so ever. The manager at this location was so amazing!!! He gave me a tour of the entire salon and showed me all the packages, he made me feel so welcome and important, like I was the only one in the salon (even though then were numerous people there). Needless to say I signed up for a package in this new bed they just got and I felt immediately refreshed !!! Thank you Club Tan!!!!! Pros: freindly and knowledgeable satff more

The first time it took an entire day calling back and forth between my bank and Club Tan, because Club Tan was terribly rude and refused to help me without my getting proof for them of the overcharge.
