One star for Customer Service. The Gym is a bit better than 24hr Fitness, but not nearly as good as some of the nicer clubs in san jose that we have been to. The one star is for Customer Service or lack there of. My father and I joined during the summer and were happily going here for a few months. My father hurt himself at work and could not longer attend so we decided to cancel the membership and sent in a letter in september to cancel the service. The letter was promptly ignored and they asked my dad for a Dr's note - mind you that we are on a month to month plan and did not ask to get any fees waived. What country do we live in that we now require people to get a Drs note just to cancel the membership. \r

It is now November and after cancelling my membership in person, through a letter snail mail and through numerous emails - I am yet to be rid of this club. My father and I have not been to any Club One locations since August 28th and yet both of us are still being chatged. So before you join really think about it and pick a better option that is available to us in San Jose. \r
