Buyer beware! My wife signed up for the plan but never used it very much. When I stopped by to discuss cancelling the account with Rod over spoke and explained that we weren’t being charged (which was completely incorrect) - I assumed my wife had cancelled. Two months later when I noticed the charges on our account I brought the issue to them to resolve respectfully. I got nothing but a defensive owner Lanka and a harsh explanation of the binding contract. Even though we far exceeded the 3 month commitment period they were unwilling to refund even 1 month of fee for a service we only used 4 times. My wife is very sick and they showed no compassion for our situation. Rod loves to chant that he helps people but when things got a little out of the norm for them, I found out exactly who I was dealing with. If they would have made this right, my wife would easily return for service once her health improves, but not now and not ever. Completely disappointed with the treatment we received. Offering store credit for a service we'll never use is pointless!\r
