The follwing review might make it sound worset han how it actually is, but Clovis Courtyard is actually a fairly nice place to live, with a very nice location that isn't too far from anything. First off, the apartments are decently sized, and they are quite nice. There are roaches, but every place seems to have those around fresno. The manager Cicci, as well as her help, Mitchell, are quite nice and will try to answer your concerns as best as possible. The maintenance guys are also nice and will respond very quickly to all service requests. On the other hand, while the place is nice, it is NOT a place for quiet people. There are loud screaming/crying children/parents during the day, with drunken revelry, domestic abuse/arguments, and not-whispered conversations at all hours of the night. The neighborhood is decent, however, my girlfriend had her bike stolen, and my cousin had her wheel stolen, so if you use bikes, put them in your apartment from day 1. FYI, they don't have bike racks. A small personal complaint is that the gardeners do lawn maintenance at seemingly random times from 8am to 5pm, so those of you who like to lounge/sleep/enjoy peace and quiet will have a bit of a hard time with that. As I said, it is a nice place to live, and party-people shouldn't have any complaints here, but quieter people are in for a world of annoyance.
Pros: Nice management, nice apartment, good maintenance, location
Cons: loud children/parents during day, loud people at night.
