I've been bringing my pets there since he opened in 1999. Over the years I've been less & less satisfied with the customer service & level of care shown. Today was the last straw. My questions & concerns for my dog were blown off & dismissed. Being shown the minimal level of courtesy & friendliness by the staff all while they've got their hands open & waiting once again as they give me the bill. more

Give this Vet some credit.....They do have the lowest prices on spay and neuter procedures. Especially for those of us on a fixed income. I've had most of my pups done here with positive results. No waiting for me, had to fill out some forms, they took my pup into the back room and I was on my way. I picked him up later in the afternoon and he was fine. Hats off to this Vet for taking into consideration not everyone can afford those high prices our own Vet charges. I'm not from Clinton and I drive about 40 minuets to get there. Well worth it! REMOVAL OF BENJAMINS CHERRY EYE. 3/25/2009

Dr Boulder removed my dog Bens cherry eye, instead of tacking back in ,as is customary and usually an ineffective method he just cut the cherry eye out, no further problems, no trips back to the vet to have it "tacked in again".Very pleased with the procedure and outcome.He does a lot of work for Second Chance Fund and should be commended for the work he does, GREAT VET!CHARLENE CASUCCI more

Incompetent and Rude 8/15/2008

I would not bring my worst enemy to this place for treatment. The staff is incompetent and cannot even take down simple messages to relay to the doctor ( whom I never even got to meet) during my foster kitty's treatment there. They tried implying that I was not feeding the kitty properly when it was really when she left their facility that she began to go downhill. I would rather pay out of pocket for my foster kitty's treatment than bring her back to that dump. more

Heartless! 1/17/2008

i needed to get my kitten neutered and this vet had the best prices.. last time i cheap out on pet care! they offered to clip my cats nails for free so i said sure! they ended up clipping four of them almost down to the skin (keep in mind he was under anestegia) were bleeding, and caused him to limp. When i called them back to tell them they said that cutting them down that short and bleeding was common procedure and that my cat was "exaggerating" the pain. PLEASE like a cat has the understanding for that! They then went on to say that they put some antiseptic on it and that if the cat licks it off there is nothing they can do about an infection if one occurs.. I tried to find out which tech had done the chop job but they wouldnt tell me. I strongly advise going to a different vet than this one!!! more

Our low cost spay and neuter program for cats was designed to further help the community by making an impact on decreasing pet overpopulation, as does our participation in trap-neuter-release programs for feral cats. We provide our veterinary services to animals in support of local organizations caring for animals that have been chosen to qualify for low cost animal care programs. These organizations provide a great deal of assistance to area families with feral cat colonies, cats in foster care and pets that otherwise would not receive the veterinary care they need due to financial restraints.
