My dog swallowed a rib bone...no call back from emergency line and they didn't even both to call back the next day to see what had happened...I called and asked why they didn't call out of concern and they shrugged it off..wouldn't let me speak to doctors themselves...wow! Now that's an office that Does *NOT* care about the animals....but they like the money and will overcharge you for grooming in a heartbeat! Stay away. more

The staff was great from start to finish. Helped us assess the dog/family fit and was totally cool about doing a home trial, without pressuring us. If you have any interest in any of the dogs on their website, I'd highly recommend getting to know these folks. more
