Cline's has been in Loganville for quite awhile and they do a very good job at bringing your kids up to speed. They are similar to Sylvan, but with a small town feel to them. My neighbor has sent one of her kids here for the past 6 months and the change is amazing. Her daughter has gone up two grade levels in reading in a very short time. Great one on one, I'd recommend them.
