great service 10/24/2005

Wonderful customer service for a VERY reasonable price. I was really impressed that they didn't pressure us to have a second zone installed when we finished our basement. It would have increased the cost of the renovations by a significant amount. But they were very understanding as to how to do the improvements more economically. They've also helped us install our air conditioner with NO problems!!! more
