I would recommend Clemente Real Estate to anyone. I've rented from them before and had no major problems. There was a staff member that was hard to deal with, but she is no longer there. They always address my issues with my home in a timely manner and are helpful. They are professional and I would use them again. more

We currently rent from this company and they are terrible!!! The ladies that work the front office are rude and lazy!! No one will help you at all there...anytime you need something they will not call you back!!! Horrible renting from them, nothing but a nightmare!!!! Wish I would have gave my business to someone that cares about their customers!!! more

I called to get a quote from the owner on one of my property and he could have been a little more polite but when he gave me a quote it was very reasonable. more

Do NOT rent from Clemente Real Estate Services! Unfortunately we currently rent from Clemente and it has been a nightmare since the lease signing. The staff is very rude and has no respect for a customer's time. We were handed the keys to a house that was nowhere near 'move in' ready. The house was filthy (requiring a cleaning staff to come out for 3 days of cleaning), there were multiple maintenance issues and the carpets had to be cleaned three times. All of this took two weeks into our lease to finally be completed. It took four days before we could even unpack our belongings. Although he offered to refund us two days of rent (hardly reasonable given the above timeline for cleaning and repairs) it took numerous emails and phone calls to finally get a response from them. I'll reiterate my recommendation from the beginning of the post, do NOT rent from them! Pros: Good property (when clean/repaired). Cons: Bad communication, customer service, no respect for clients. more
