Clearwater Dog Training

Since 1989, Gina Krehbiel at Clearwater Dog Training in Denver Colorado has trained hundreds of dogs, from the smallest Chihuahua to the largest Mastiff. We train all breeds, and specialize from puppy training (beginning at 8 weeks old) to the very problematic adult dog. Training sessions begin in private class. A private class provides the platform to understand your worries, concerns and fears about your current situation. You and your dog have a unique relationship that is much like a fingerprint. We want to help you understand your dog and understand how you and your dog relate to each other. Once your dog completes private classes, you can begin participating in group classes, where you and your dog will continue honing your obedience skills with the distractions of other people and animals. Our program consists of 8 private classes followed with group training.


Gina regularly participates in dog contests/shows, where both her dogs, and her students' dogs, often compete. She also extends and includes in her classes the wisdom of Tellington Touch, Healing Touch for animals, Reike, Acupressure, and Massage all wrapped up in her own formula of Doggie Yoga. This therapeutic way of learning to touch your dog will massively enhance the trust and bond that is so very much a part of the building blocks to creating a happy, healthy, well-adjusted trainable dog.

Clearwater Dog Training provides an education that is not only based on methods of obedience, but also provides a better understanding of canine behavior. This gives the owner the ability and confidence to manage their dog outside the classroom setting. It is our firm belief that this curriculum ultimately results in fewer unwanted dogs, fewer euthanized animals, and fewer instances of abuse due to a lack of understanding.

These classes are very important for the fine-tuning and polishing of your dog's manners.<br /><br /><br />Puppy Training <br />Clearwater Dog Training in Denver,Colorado strongly encourages early puppy training. Your understanding on how to raise a puppy is extremely important in preventing unwanted behaviors,such as aggression,separation anxiety,destructive behavior,and running away as the puppy ages. <br /><br /><br />Doggie Day Camp<br />Unlike other doggie daycare services,where dogs are allowed to play unsupervised,Clearwater Dog Training provides structured socialization and exercises to work on problematic behaviors,such as inappropriate aggression,housetraining and basic manners. <br /><br /><br />Health & Wellness<br />Our instructors are continually learning new approaches to effectively interact with dogs.
