He went out of his way to get here quickly and do everything that was needed to fix things. He continued to be available for smaller plumbing jobs after that! He's always fair about pricing. more

Clean Drains Plumbing: quick and responsive when we needed it 10/1/2013

We had a rental property in San Mateo, and we needed help with a clogged toilet. It turned out the pipes and everything in the system had to be changed. We needed it done quickly and properly, and Clean Drains Plumbing were very efficient. They were so open and responsive in our situation. more

I have no complaints about Clean Drains Plumbing. They came in when we had the bathrooms backed up. They checked the drain line going to the baths. It was impossible to access the second bath, so they installed pipes under house that went through the backyard and to the sewer system. They were decent and kept me informed of their work before going on to do it. more

I had a very good experience with Clean Drains Plumbing. I first called them to take care of a plugged drain. They were able to fix it, but shortly after, I found there to be another issue. They came back and re-diagnosed it. It turned out to be tree roots in the pipes that were causing the blockage. They gave me a reasonable quote to fix everything. In the end, I was really happy. The service was good. I referred them to someone else, and when they tried them, they were satisfied as well. I would use them again. more
