Clean Getaway

Will never go again. Paid for full interior and exterior wash. had to pull around and use the vacuums myself to get the carpets clean...then noticed water dripping down the side of the car that they just ""wiped down""......borrowed a towel from an employee to once again do it myself.... was then approached by a man who ID himself as the owner and said customers can't use their towels...when I explained the situation he simply replied with the same response as above.... I then asked if he did or did not care about customer service and/or returning customers and I kid you not he said ""NO."" Will never go there again; will never refer anybody there and will for sure go out of my way to tell neighbors and friends to avoid this location. Its worth the extra time to go the distance and get what you are paying for. more

Paid for the most expensive carnuba wax ($94) Twenty minuted later they said they were done. They did nothing to the wheels or the glass. The 'carnuba wax' was nothing like I have ever felt in my 33 years of driving (and waxing my own cars). Very disappointed. They reapplied the wax and went over it again. Better...but not what I would expect for that price. more

This car wash shattered my rear view mirror. Not once did I hear ""We are sorry."" The owner pointed me to a sign and basically said ""we are not responsible because you should have folded in your mirror"". Every car wash I've been to taught their employees to fold in mirrors and take off antennas. This car wash did not even train the most basic aspect of customer service --at least give an apology when damage is done. Pros: Honestly, the car wash offers decent value. Reasonable price and free self vaccuum. Cons: The poor customer service experience is frustrating. more

The service is always friendly and they don't try talking you into a more expensive package!! All of their washes do a good job on your car and I love their ""dirty car"" guarantee. You can come back and pay a few bucks more within 5 days and get your car washed again (if you had purchased at least the $10 wash) for any reason...not just for rain!! Their vacuums available to you after your wash are VERY convenient. The only issue I've encountered is the suction is sometimes not the greatest if it has been clogged or likely needs a new filter or just to be emptied. Most of the time they work great! I really recommend Clean Getaway to anyone wanting to save ALOT of time and have their car washed by a service and not hang out in the heat to do it yourself! FYI...I've never had my car detailed there, but they did do a spot detail on my front bumper. They did a great job! Pros: GREAT value for your time and money!!
