I bought a house through them in 91, sold it in 2002, the judge ran the company and clearly had a conflict of interest!! Tried 5 forfeiture actions and red tags. Finally it cost me around 20k more due to his greed. BEWARE of this escrow company they are rotten to the core!! Pros: Never a dull moment Cons: always flawed more
