Classic RV

We were at Classic RV this past weekend looking for a motorhome. Although we have not bought anything yet, if we do, it will be at Classic RV. Me and my wife have been looking for something for our retirement and we have been to over 5 RV dealerships where the salesmen were impatient, pushy, and almost rude. They were rushing us to make a decision and im old, i like to take my time. When we got to Classic RV Jason walked around with us for hours, he listened to our requests and understood our doubts and worrys. He was knowledgable and easy going. Inside the showroom the staff was friendly and accomadating. It was enjoyable and when we do buy a motorhome, we will only buy from Classic RV. more

Unfortunately I am not sure what RV you had purchased from us. With that being said, every RV whether it is an AS-IS sale or not is always checked out before leaving our lot. Before any customer pays for a RV they complete a walk-thru with our mechanic. If they are not satisfied they can bring it to our attention. None of the issues you are talking about were ever brought to my attention. We did not receive a phone call to even let us know any of these problems were occuring and if we had we would have gladly had you bring the RV in for us to look at. Unfortunately with gas prices these days we can not afford to fill a tank if we have dropped the price to make the sale. We have been in business for 20 years and try hard to make every customer happy. In addition we have many repeat customers who have purchased many RV's from us over the years. If you made us aware of your complaints, we would've made every effort to rectify the situation! Hope this clears up anyones concerns, and unfortunately in business--- as hard as you try to make every customer happy, there are some you simply can't satisfy! more

I didnt even wanna give one star. I was highly disapointed with classic rv. No cooperation from the employees what so ever. I was told certain things would be fixed or replaced by a sales man and when I came to pick up the rv they put a band aid over a bullet hole! The mechanic had no idea what I was talking about since no one told him anything. Worst off is the showed me everything worked with 110220 elec when the converter and battery where dead. They sold me used rv with no spare tire or holder, a bad converter, a bad deep cycle battery, wipers where terrible, and worst of all no gas. I knew I bought a used vehicle but this is outragous!! Like I said stay away, worst place ever! more
