I have had dealings with this company for the last several years as I cared for my elderly Mom. This company is far above average. They are consistently courteous, helpful, and friendly. And, most importantly - they get the job done! They show up on time for appointments; the therapists answer all questions (even the ones with obvious answers). I am grateful for their superb care and service and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
Pros: consistent follow-through; large selection of products; great customer service
Cons: I honestly can't think of anything - they've been that good to us!
