I wouldn't know where to begin. I have been I tenant for Clark Realty for a little over a year now, and I have to say that it's been a nightmare pretty much since day one! The houses were built quick and cheep. I moved in a new unit, I hadn't lived there for more than 3 months and I already had problems with the unit. The whole neighborhood waited 6 months to get any kind of postal service. The neighborhood activity is something else......The police have been in that neighborhood so many times I have lost count! There is always people fighting in the street, kids and teenagers running up and down the street chasing cars at times all hours from morning till night. High traffic in and out in certain residence's units. Vandelizing, windows to cars and homes broken, items stolen from neighbors property. Tenant's getting charged for unheard of charges. You know and the sad part about this is that the property management and OWNER are aware of these issues and problems and refuses to do anything about it. The staff are so rude, have attitude and unhelpful, their appearence is very unprofessional, It seem as if they are some type of drug or drugs. Messages are never delivered to the person of which you are trying to get a hold of. There is always some type of new charge for the most rediculous thing . I would not recommend Clark Realty to anyone even if I was payed. On a scale of one through ten I give then a minus 100.
