Stayed with grandchildren on trip to DC. Kids loved the pool, and shuffle board. Front desk very nice and helpful. Checked in at same time as large group but felt front desk employees were still very friendly and nice. ... more

I founnd that the staff was very helpful by finding us another room when the one we were given, the lock needed to be repaired. more

Banquest Hall is pretty small 11/27/2005

I recently went to the Banquet Hall in the Best Western. It was pretty small and in the shape of a rectangle. The servers they had were pretty good. There is ample parking outside for you guests. Also, they have multiple entrances in the hall, which is a very good thing. It doesn't look like this place can fit more then 125 people. The table they have are long but not that wide. It's upstairs, there is a small lift for handcapped people or the elderly, but it's slow. PROS: many entrances, good staff CONS: small tables, its shape is a rectangle. more
