Good: wish I had something nice to say.When I made my reservation I thought it was going to be a great valentines day.The reseptionest told me about there valentines special(dinner and dancing) I explaned to her that me and my husband would be in a charter bus and wanted to know if there would be adaquet parking.I was told that would be no problem.They have extra parking in the back and that is where they have buses to park.when we arrived and checked in everything was fine and we parked the bus in back as direct. Bad: 02/12/2010 10pm.I returned to hotel with my husband. running was done for the night so we procedded to the bar to unwind.just as we sat down a woman pointed at us and motioned to the door.not understanding what was going on we followed .We got raked over the coals.this woman scoalded us.saying if our group was to good to stay in her hotel she did not want there bus parked in her lot.She will not tollerate this.We was confused and embaressed.I tried to explain what we was told and got a hand to the face.. Improvements: The owner(Eileen Wiggens)communicate with her staff and act in an profeshenal manner when speaking to guest.our room did not have a coffee maker but,a packet to make coffee. the hair dryer did not work,She needs to update her web site as this place is worn down.There was no shop or spa as advertised.Clean the grounds up a bit.There was vynile siding scatterd out along the walk way.it is a wander no one has slipped and fell.Hire a better band for the bar.what little bit i got to hear was awful.. Other: This is for Eileen Wiggens the owner of mvi.I was told on the phone there was 80 rooms available and parking for charter buses.I chose to stay there because I wanted a place with a bar and resturaunt so I could park the bus and relaxe the rest of the night.I could have stayed with the group at lj but chose not to.thank you for ruining my valentines.I ended up going elsewhere to eat just to keep from running into you again.Hope you treat guest better in the future..
