Being new to the area, I picked out a name from the list of providers given to me from my health insurance for eye care. I went in for a routine screening and found out I had a serious medical condition - glaucoma. Dr. Reinecke and his staff worked with my insurance company (who of course didn't want to cover all the costs) and helped me get all the services needed. I never have to sit in the waiting room for hours, and Dr. Reinecke always has the time to talk and explain my condition and options.
