Best facial I've ever had by Mary Catherine. She listened, cared, gave me a great facial, hand therapy, foot therapy, massaged by neck, made recommendations. Wow! Very impressed. Very reasonable price for that level of service. Definitely will go back. more

It was like I had known everyone for years, yet this was my first time to this wonderful place. Rusty gave me the best color I have ever had and a perfect cut too. His 25 years experience is apparent in the work that he does. I felt like I was in the very capable hands of an artist! I walked out feeling beautiful and brand new. I will be back, most definitely, very soon I hope. They have lots of spa treatments that I can't wait to try! more

After having my hair done for over 20 years, I've finally gone home, fixed it myself and I LOVE it. I've had so many poor and just "ok" experiences with my hair that I had pretty much given in to thinking that I couldn't get the look I was after. Chandler and Claiborne's Salon was fantastic. She delivered the best color & cut I've ever had. The salon is very fun and comfortable and the whole staff there is very professional and friendly. I wish I had found them 2 years ago when I first moved to Georgia. Looking for a fantastic salon? This is it! more

I'm kind of torn while writing this review. I've been going to Claiborne's for over a year now and have recieved great service but it leaves me wanting more. Living in Atlanta I expect something cutting edge (especially from seeing all of the work that they have had published in different hair magazines) but this would be a category they are lacking in. The nondescript building might have been a give away but go inside and you are then sure of what awaits for you. From the magnolia blossoms on the wall to the boring decor you may confuse yourself with your grandmothers hair salon. The whole place could use a good thorough cleaning (think Tabatha's Salon Makeover). It's not all that dirty but I did see hair in places where it shouldn't be. The stylists do a good job but you are not going to get the newest, trendiest style here. If you want great blonde highlights or a fantastic wash and wear cut then you have come to the right place, but if you want cutting edge then you might want to travel a few more miles into buckhead. I'm not saying that they don't have the talent to do that caliber of work, but it seems like that is not the focus. Judge for yourself but I wish they would update the services and the decor and become a modern, trendy salon that i would feel comfortalbe referrering my friends who are below 50 to. more

As the stars show, you should RUN, not walk to Claiborne's Salon! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a Salon. I love that they are a one stop shop. In fact, on the day of my hair appointment with Rusty (who is INCREDIBLE!), I was also able to get a facial and spend less than half of what I used to spend on just my hair at my old salon! The people are wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's a wonderful place and I recommend it highly to everyone I meet! more

My mom and I went here for a facial last weekend, and it was so wonderful! The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, and the facial itself felt amazing. The whole experience was very relaxing, and we left feeling very refreshed. The price was also very reasonable in light of all that it included. I can't wait to go back! more

i went there for a facial n haircut. My hair dresser was grt...he not only did a fab styling...he even took out time to teach me different ways to style my hair (and i was using the discount coupon and yet the service was perfect)... Same goes for the facial...the foot massage while the mask was such a bliss...one of the best facials ever!!!! more

I called Claiborne's for 2 reasons: I had a Groupon and a massive headache! Receptionist was fast and helpful and was able to get me in that afternoon. I was most impressed by Julie West (massage therapist). She knew how much I hurt and was concerned. She did not sigh because I was using a Groupon coupon, which was refreshing. She treated me as I was paying full price and more. She went the extra mile to get rid of my head ache. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you and I feel great! more

I saw Donna for a Brazilian wax and I never had any waxing proceedure before and was very nervous. She had me sit down and talk with her about why I wanted it done and what exactly she would do. She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable having this proceedure done! I thought I would feel embarrassed but she talked to me throughout and before I knew it, she was done! I've been to several salons but Claiborne's is by far the very best experience I've had. Came in for a facial, never expecting it to be such an extraordinary experience. Mary Katherine was committed to making my experience enjoyable and relaxing. She took her time and massaged my feet and hands as well as giving my facial ( I never expected that) and what a massage. I felt relaxed and could feel the stress ease up. I found the staff to be inviting and cordial. I will be visiting Claiborne's and Mary Katherine regularily and can't wait to do it again very soon!!! more

I have been hopping from salon to salon because I never felt I got a good haircut. Rusty cut my hair yesterday and finally gave it a shape. He took off some length and I was worried it would be too short but the length ended up exactly where he said it would. The whole staff was friendly,not hoity toity. When i got there they offered something to drink( they even had lemon ice) I felt very pampered and am so happy I finally found a hairdresser that I love. more

Last Saturday I had my 1st appointment with Rusty at Claiborne's and the results were astounding!It literally brought tears to my eyes. My hair is beautiful now and I am so happy. He knew exactly what to do to correct the mess I had made of my hair color. Everyone that has seen me has just said "Wow"!! This was the very best hair experience I have EVER had. I had over dyed my hair and so I used a groupon for this salon that I had bought a couple months ago. I had no idea I would like them so much! Everyone is super friendly and my hair stylist knew exactly what to do to fix my hair. His name is Rusty and he was so sweet and knew what was right for my hair before I did! I will now be a client of Rusty's and claibornes forever! more

After getting awful (bright orange) highlights in my long brown hair (not to mention mediocre haircuts) in college, I've been afraid to try again. However, after reading all the awesome reviews online, visiting their website, and getting a 50% off coupon, I decided to face my fears. So glad I did! In a posh town, this place was way more reasonable than I anticipated. Speaking of "posh" I tried another salon in the area, which I will not return t,o because of the snobby, overpriced, superior stylists. Back to Claiborne's...they squeezed me in the same day I called (I was only in town visiting family) but they never made me or any other client wait. I was fortunate to get Rusty, I completely ditto all previous raves. For the first time in my life (I am 29 yrs old), my hair is current, sexy and fashionable. Love it, and had a great time. more

This is by Far the Best Salon I have ever been too! Normally I do not write reviews (on anything!) However, the crew at Clairborne's deserved so much more! I have seen Rusty one time before, and this visit was just as unmatched/unbelievable as the first! Style, Cut, Advice, or a new look Clairborne's is unmatched! From the moment I walked into the salon I was greeted by name (Thank You!). Then, even though I was not sure what exactly I wanted, Rusty took the time evaluate and make suggestions! The Atmosphere was PERFECT!! Professional, yet relaxed and friendly! Rusty was GREAT. I was so impressed that shortly after I left I went back and bought a Gift Certificate for a friend! This is by far the best place to get a cut/style! Ask for Rusty! By far the best in his class! The best experience someone could ask for! more
