I really appreciated how flexible the realtors are here. I'm looking for a place with three of my friends, two of whom live in other states, and it's hard to get us all in Boston ...

I do not have time to write the whole story, but in two words - worst customer service ever, no professionalism, they obviously do not know what they do, just bunch of kids playin...

Really bad service 6/14/2010

I made an appointment with Nick to see some apartments and he kept us waiting for an hour!! It would have been fine if he had just called to let us know so we didn't waste our time waiting in the office. Then he never followed up with us in the next five days! Guess he didn't want our business... Pros: Have a variety of places Cons: Service more

Flexible 7/9/2007

I really appreciated how flexible the realtors are here. I'm looking for a place with three of my friends, two of whom live in other states, and it's hard to get us all in Boston at the same time to see places. The broker I spoke with was able to see us after work hours and didn't seem fussed by it at all. Pros: Flexibility more

The realtors at this office were well-informed and knew how to explain everything i didn't understand, which was a lot. It was my first time going through the whole renting process without my parents involved, so I'm happy it went so well. Thanks! Pros: Knowledgable more

this company has an excellent website that lets you search for places before calling... i felt like it was more efficient because i knew they had some places lined up that would work for me and didnt have to waste time with places out of my price range.
