MR. CISNEROS AVOIDS CHILD SUPPORT! DO NOT HIRE CISNEROS FLOOR COVERING UNDER THE TABLE! If you do you are contributing to Child Support Evasion! Mr. Octavio Cisneros has an outstanding child support debt of almost $9,000. Over the past 6 years he has never voluntarily paid child support. The only child support received toward his current support obligation has been through a garnishment on wages. From 04-09 Mr. Cisneros paid no child support at all. From 09- 11 he claimed his income only allowed the ability to afford $300 a month. The WA State Department of Child Support allowed the opportunity to attempt support modification for over 1 year and it was discovered that Mr. Cisneros’s gross income was near or had exceeded 100K for 09,10 and 11! WA State DCS mailed garnishment letters to all of the carpet installation companies in and around Puget Sound and fortunately found his primary place of employment. Upon implementation of the garnishment for current and back support. It was discovered that Mr. Cisneros was making sufficient income that even a $2000 a month garnishment was less than 40% of his monthly income. Mr. Cisneros continues to be employed by a reputable carpet installation company but he has recently reduced the number of hours he is working for them. He is now either working “side jobs” IE: Under the table, for a different company that DCS has yet to locate or possibly under a friend or relatives license (He has multiple family members that hold carpet installation licenses). While this is in no way an attempt to encourage you to NOT employ Cisneros Floor Covering it is to iterate that by hiring someone “under the table” directly impacts the lives of the children born to those who don’t fulfill their parental obligation to provide financial support. I am a hard working full time Federal Government employee and single mother of two. I provide for my children as best I can but I want what is fair for my kids!
