I went their a few months back and the service is atrocious. Trying to get your check felt like trying to ask for directions in a foreign language (good luck to you). The waitressing staff talks more to their boyfriends then paying attention to the customers (and there was hardly anyone there!). Their food is below average. We ordered a Cobb Salad and the lettuce was not fresh, the chicken was dry and tough, and the avacado was not cut properly, hard as a rock, and not edible. I didn't bother to ask for a new plate. Maybe that was my fault but it's Bay Ridge, someone might do something to the new dish! I thought, 'Maybe it was a bad night'. Everyone has a bad night so I tried ordering in. I regret that. It took them 45 minutes to put together a taco, an order of ""bayou wings"", and another salad (why, I don't know) and the experience was just as horrible - even in my own home! The taco looked like something from Taco Bell, the salad was as bad as my first experience, and the ""bayou wings"" tasted like those frozen buffalo wings you find in the supermarket. Their take out menu is wrong - a side salad was ""suppose"" to come with the taco dish. When we ordered, we even asked them if it came with a side salad and they said yes. In fact, their take out menu says that too. When the food arrived, no side salad for the dish. We called them back and had to speak to three people - the first one had no idea, the second one was as clueless so they got someone from the kitchen. That person from the kitchen told us that we were wrong, no side salad came with it. What we were told was that the ""side salad"" was the lettuce and tomato filling for the taco! If that's their idea of service, I'll never do business with them again!
