This is my first time ever going to a prom and looking for a prom dress. We walked in and the store and the "owner" had a attitude from the start out of all the dress shops I went to this one and is the only one I got told that I won't find anything, I'm way to late I missed everything their all gone, and that I was to picky! I got told to get rid of my boyfriend he's no good! I could not believe what was hearing! My mom and I were ferious more

The INSULT SHOPPE 1/29/2007

This place should not be in business! My fiancé drove 2 ½ hours for 20 minutes of insults. The lady told her she had to buy a dress that day for her to even look at the dresses. When my fiancé said that she doesn’t even know what you have, the lady responded by saying, “Well this will be quick.” I have no clue how they are still in business with the Bitches they have working there! The older lady there should just give up on life. A Bride should be treated like a Princess not a piece of trash especially with the name of the shop being Cinderella Shoppe. I want to end by saying thank you to everyone there for having my fiancé cry all day on the Saturday that she went. more

Don't waste your time! 8/26/2005

I have been to the Cinderella Shoppe twice. Once when I was shopping for myself. I seriously think I was there ten minutes. Everyone was sooo rude. They actually CHARGE you to try dresses on and rush you through them. My friend just HAD to go there...it was close to her house and her oldest sister had gotten her dress there. so I went with her. She wished she'd just listen to me. Everyone is very rude. You think they would realize that there's lots of places to buy and that they should be a little nicer. Honestly, I don't know how they're still in business. more

Stay away...far away! 8/16/2005

The Cinderella Shoppe is an awful bridal store. The service was a disaster and the owner is so rude! They charge you for going and trying on bridal gowns and will only let you try on three, and then will tell you which one you should buy even if you don’t agree. They are very very pushy and act like you are wasting their time if you don't buy anything. Many brides have had awful experiences there, some have left in tears. I highly recommend staying away from this store. There are many other great bridal stores around who will treat you well. more
