An overall terrible experience 9/18/2007

We ordered a cake and it turned out COMPLETELY wrong. Looked nothing like what we ordered. Cinderella cakes admitted it was wrong but had taken our money before bringing out the cake. Never offered to refund any part of our money nor did they offer any apology. Customer service was terrible & we will never order a cake there again. I could have bought a better decorated cake at Costco-- no joke. more

Worst Bakery 8/17/2007

I would never recommend this bakery unless you want a complete disaster for your special day. I ordered my wedding throught is company and on my wedding day, I received a completely different cake then the one I ordered. My guest complained of the cake being dry and the filling sour. I consulted them the week after my wedding and their reply was " There is nothing I can do for you". This company is very unprofessional and unhelpful. I my opinion they do not deserve 1 star and would never recommend them in a million years. Pros: None Cons: Wrong Cake, Unprofessional service, ruin's weddings. more

YUMMY - Yet oder in time! 3/15/2006

Cinderella Cakes made our wedding cake. It was very yummy. We had the white cake with Raspberry Bavarian with Chambord filling and white butter cream frosting as half of the cake, and then for the other half we had chocolate chocolate chunk cake with fresh raspberry filling and white butter cream frosting. Both flavors were very good, however, the guests preferred the chocolate cake. Make sure to order more filling if you get the fresh raspberry filling with chocolate. This was recommended to my by my wedding coordinator, and it helped the wonderful flavor of the raspberries come through in the chocolate cake!
