Cinch Cleaners in Roanoke 6/10/2011

I have been using Cinch Cleaners for a few years now and I have been very satisfied with them. I love the black plastic clips that they use for the garments instead of the safety pins. Also, I love the little ""overlooked"" notes that they put on them. Very cute and clever. The staff has always been very pleasant and professional with me. Thank you! more

They are so convenient to us but I can't trust that anything white won't come back stained or with spots. I wear a uniform that has a white shirt. I take them to have starched but the shirts come back with small dark spots on them. Sometimes they are on the shirt tale where they are hidden. No they are starting to appear on the collar and on the front. The shirts are ruined. I can't get them to call me to resolve this. All I want is for them to reimburse me for the cost of the shirt. They offered a credit but I can't wear a credit nor did I bring a credit in to be cleaned. They also ruined a tux shirt that I didn't say anything about. Needless to say I can't take the chance that my shirts will be ruined. more

great customer service 8/30/2010

Since the gentleman isnt there anymore, the customer service has gotten so much better. now I dont dread going to the drycleaners, they have a drive thru, and are always happy to see me, I will be going back for sure. more

Unprofessional Employees 8/24/2009

They are an OK cleaners, but their employees or maybe this guy is the owner lack customer service training. I don't mind paying alittle more for dry cleaning since their location is convienent for me, but I do mind paying for someone to smart off to me. I don;t care if you can't remember everyones name, I would not expect you to, but ask a customer their name is a professional and service oriented way. Needless to say I will not be coming back, I will find a cleaners that treats their customers like they want them to be customers. Cons: The employees more
