Same experience as Jen J.\r Owner doesn't like to be told her work was less than perfect. When asked to fix a cut, she gets a real attitude. Who needs to pay for that? more

Not happy at all 2/14/2012

Beware! I'd been a customer for a couple years and on my most recent (and last) visit, I was put in a really uncomfortable position when I had to return to get her previous cut fixed. Apparently, the customer is wrong here. Our discussion about my hair turned into an argument, turned into an altercation. The owner, Cindy was present and, as I got up to leave the salon, chased me out of the salon all the way to my car. I have never seen this kind of unprofessionalism at a salon in my life. I'm out well over $100 and I have a wonky haircut. :( more
