A couple of years ago, I had a basement I wanted finished. I contacted Churchill's Home Improvement Services Inc. and spoke to Andrew. He came out and gave me a good estimate. Unfortunately, I ended up using another contractor who I ended up not being happy with. I wish I would have used Andrew.
Recently, there was a fire inside a rental house I own. There was about $75,000 worth of damage. I called up Andrew and asked him to take a look at it. My rental is located in Carrollton, GA, which was far from where he lives. He completely accommodated me and took it on as a job. He repaired it under the insurance company's budget and did all of the paperwork for it. Pretty much, he left me with a turnkey operation. Other than just writing Andrew a check for the work he did, he took care of everything. He treated it as if it were his own residence and did an outstanding job with the repairs! It looks like a brand new house.
Andrew is a cordial, knowledgeable and professional individual. I plan on using him again in the near future.
